Ripped off by the property, took 2 payments for 1 room and won't Refund
Booked and paid for by booking.com.
Wendy from the property then contacted me and said that the payment from booking.com didn't process and asked for me to pay over the phone which I did. The original Payment went through as well as the additional payment requested by Wendy. Have contacted the property multiple times to refund my payment as I have paid twice. No, refund, no contact. Will never stay there again.
