Update – Extremely Disappointed

Update – Extremely Disappointed

I have now been waiting over 50 days for my payout.

According to the company’s stated policy, payouts are processed after 45 days of inactivity. That period has already passed, yet I have still not received my funds.

I contacted support multiple times and was initially told the matter was under review. Since then, responses have become unclear and delayed, and I have not been given a definite timeline for when my payout will be released.

Having funds withheld beyond the stated timeframe without a clear explanation is very concerning. The lack of transparency and consistent communication has seriously affected my confidence in this company.

I hope this matter is resolved promptly and that the company provides a clear and fair update regarding my payout.

Worst Payment Gateway ever

If I could give this company a rating below one star, I would. This company is a scam with terrible service and poor treatment of clients. They scammed me out of almost 60% of my money. I do NOT recommend it at all. BEWARE!!
