I love these comfortable shoes so much that I ordered 2 more pair...all together I have 6 pair. These are the only shoes that I wear.

Shoes are a little too wide. Wish I could tighten the design laces. Also I have a bunion and back issues which could have benefited from supports within shoe itself. Like the color and fabric

The shoes did not fit and return shipping cost $30. Do not buy!!

It is difficult to find shoes wide enough to be comfortable. I'm happy to have found a new source for comfortable and affordable shoes!

This review is about their customer service. When I finally got my shoes they were great. I got a response saying my order was accepted, and nothing after that. I reached out to the company via chat 3 or 4 times, and no response until after almost a week. I tried calling, and the phone number was not in service,and no shoes. My last chat to STQ was f I don't get my shoes I will call the bank and dispute what I was charged for my shoes, and I finally got a simple apology for the inconvenience and my shoe came later that week

Still not here.

Sizing, price and quick delivery

These are the cutest shoes!! My grand daughter has chunky wide feet and she loves to wear them. So far she has had 5 pair. I will definitely be ordering more as she grows.

i ordered #3475 in a size 9. it was too big, so i ordered the same sneaker in an 8.5, #3483, which fit fine. i have emailed numerous times to get info on where and how to return the size 9, #3475. no response.
your company was quick to receive the payment and send the sneakers but ignored the request to return and refund.
this negative review will probably be ignored as well. let's see if this review gets a response.

Great, comfortable, and attractive shoes.

My "new" shoes arrived dirty with a strong weird smell. I'm not able to use them I'm scared I'm going to get a foot fungus or a rash or something. I've been messaging with their support for about 2 weeks since I've received them but still have not been given a refund or sent a new pair.

Too expensive

The pair I got it’s smaller, I tried to used the chat but got messages saying there wasn’t anyone available, when I finally got a reply, the person kept telling me there wasn’t anyone shoes are true to size, well I tried the shoes again without socks, still too tight, then seen the size print inside the shoes, they’re size 8! I ordered 9, then I was told I have to pay for shipping them back and have to pay a restocking fee of $5.00! So much for hassle and free return. I didn’t make the mistake, the company did. So why do I have to pay for it? Not happy about it, won’t recommend it to anyone and will give me feedback back if someone ask.

Have purchased STQ shoes from Amazon previously and love them. Ordered directly from STQ this time and will not make that mistake again. The shoes didn't work and I requested a return as instructed weeks ago and never heard back from anyone. Since the 30 day return window has passed guessing no one will be reaching out. Just the worst!
Customer Service!

I am still very active but I've had seven knee surgeries and spinal surgery and can barely walk in many shoes or even sneakers. STQ shoes are perfect for me--the cushioning is exactly what I need, and the shoes/sneakers are completely fashionable for my casual style. I now own eight pairs of STQs, of 3 different styles.

Great shoes--actually my second pair. Very very comfortable and nice looking.

Worst customer service ever!!! No phone number and there is no reply when using the chat customer service! Do NOT BUY from this site!! Buyer beware

Super easy, my toddler can get his shoes on and off himself, thank you for making affordable wide shoes for tiny kids!
