Superior quality and workmanship. The leather has a wonderful feeling and you can tell it’s quality. I really appreciate the turned edge technique along the sides of the pouch, because most of the bags on the market currently have edges that have paint and they eventually crack and look unappealing with even just a year of wear. This feature is really the sign of quality because it takes skill to create it. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have an option with a dark color interior lining instead of a light color which is prone to staining.

Shipping was super fast, that was great. The mini bag is difficult to get in to and the magnets do not always stay together. When I received the bag, it almost felt like it had been used, so I am not sure about that. I wish it came with the leather crossbody strap as well. Thank you.

A beautifully made bag in a gorgeous quality, supple leather.  So pleased I bought the crossbody strap to go with as it's a perfect day bag with ample room for carrying everything I need.

Excellent quality purse. Great construction and plenty of storage space inside. Definitely my go-to purse. Only reason I deducted a star is because it took way longer to manufacture than originally quoted (took an extra month!)

Excellent customer service! I was interested in a sold out model and asked when it would be available again. Peter let me know it would be in a few months, but a few days later messaged me that it'll actually come in earlier than expected and I could preorder it now. I preordered and realized weeks later I'd rather have a different (in stock) model, so they let me pay the difference and I received my bag within 5 days of placing the new order.

The bag itself (Curve bag in black/silver hardware) is beautifully made and wonderfully slouchy. The leather feels and smells great!

Stow has the best customer service - fast, responsive, and helpful. Beautiful bag with gorgeous hardware and perfect stitching. The camel colored leather almost looks like plastic because it’s so perfect. I actually look forward to breaking it in a bit more. Great design all around.

The absolute worst experience with a bag company I have ever had. Distasteful customer service. I would never order from Stow again.

After paying in full in April, I did not receive my bag on May 15 as promised. End of June comes around and still no bag, no indication from the company on when it is coming. When I inquired Stow couldn’t provide a timeline, so I cancelled the order. In July they still send the bag—then asked me to return it sending a very inconvenient DHL shipping label. I request a UPS label and because I didn’t ship the bag within two days, they schedule a pickup without confirming with me. I wasn’t in town. Completely disorganized, self serving company that I would not recommend to anyone.
