Stovetop Wax Warmers 

Such a shame you have negative reviews Karen. I also had delivery issues but Karen was very helpful and sent another item out straight away. Issues were with Evri, not Stovetop, we had no delivery man from our local depot so we had a backlog over Christmas. The order parcel turned up and Karen was super kind and let me have the item for free! Thanks Karen

Shame, I can’t decide if they are just overwhelmed and inept at business or a scam. Apparently they have sent my order twice, first by Evri then Royal Mail but they declined to offer me parcel tracking details when I asked as I live in a small village and know most of the local posties. Evri may be poor overall but I don’t usually have any issues with getting deliveries. I have recieved a refund today (thank you) although it has been over 13 weeks since I ordered this for a Christmas present. I really wanted to get this so have looked elsewhere. Customer service is not their strong point sadly as the time of the emails has been poor. Sounds like they don’t believe me!

My story is identical to the other reviews recently posted, I also ordered on the 27th Nov, and still haven’t received my order,
The last time I had contact with them was on the 31st Jan saying she was on holiday but would be back on friday. And thats it! Now no contact whatsoever, I have paid out £29 for poor service and zero products. Still no sign of refund or delivery.

My partner bought my a stove top wax burner for my Christmas after I saw them on TikTok. He received brilliant service and fast postage. I absolutely love the burner, great concept to use the heat from the already hot stove to melt the wax and fill your home with beautiful scents. Also a bonus to keep the kids away from the hot wax when the wood burner is already behind a fire guard! Win win for me

Just so everyone is aware stovetopwaxwarmers here is in the UK and the EU site online has no affiliation to it. We ship out within 3-5 days anywhere in Ireland and up to 14 days to Europe.

Ordered 24th November 2022 but parcel still hasn't arrived due to Evri being useless which is another issue. Stovetopwaxwarmers.co.uk get a 1 star because they aren't helping sort the problem, they have ignored emails, phone calls, tweets, instagram messages. When i finally made contact on 23rd Dec 2022 they said they'd send a replacement out, but it's been radio silence since and they're back to ignoring any attempts at contact. The fact they sent the order to evri for dispatch shows it's not a scam but this company clearly cannot function as an online retail business. Customers are the ones who are losing out here whilst this company keeps the money and doesn't fulfill the agreement to deliver the goods.

Zero customer service! No time to reply to emails but still has time to post new Tiktok videos and delete people’s comments asking for an update/refund off of TikTok and Facebook accounts - avoid

Poor . Ordered on 26 November and still not received in January . Did not reply to emails but did seem to manage to delete my comments on Facebook page!

I have purchased two of these stove top warmers and wax melts and they make the house smell great. Prompt delivery and great communication.

I will be buying more waxes in the New Year.

I ordered in November, the company said if you order by 15th December you are guareteed Xmas delivery. They do not respond to emails, Facebook or WhatsApp. I think this is a SCAM, I would avoid

Ordered 24th November 2022, 3 weeks later I had still not received anything and having sent multiple emails, had also not received any dispatch confirmation nor update ref my order. This was part of a Christmas present that would evidently not arrive.

Having now commented on a Facebook post, tweeted and sent another email - I then requested my bank to refund me the amount paid and on the same morning (almost 4 weeks later), received an email informing me that they had developed COVID AND my item was lost in a mistake by Evri. The covid excuse might have flown 2 years ago…but I’m fairly sure it was as simple as they hadn’t sent it and likely weren’t going to send it.

I try and support small business but when the experience is as bad as this, it’s really no wonder Millions would rather trust Amazon.

*SCAM ALERT* If I could give 0 stars, I would. After trying to contact this company by email, social media and now telephone I have had no response from any of these methods. I ordered on the 30th November and still haven't received my package. They have scammed me out of a Christmas present and haven't been in touch to provide a refund so that I can buy a different present, absolutely disgusting. I no longer wish to receive my package from them at all. Terrible customer service from a product that I had such high hopes for.

Order placed on 27th November as a Christmas present and still no sign of it. Parcel tracking shows it is in Basildon at a Depot apparently, but no updates from there. Have e mailed a few times and get simple one line answers, so I guess that is better than the previous reviewer managed. I have no idea whether it is eventually going to show up or not although I have given up hoping that it will arrive in time for Christmas if at all.

Fab product and included two wax melts and the scent took me back to childhood years. The burner has a very celtic look to it and is very well made.
From ordering to delivery it was hassle free and no question was ignored but responded too very quickly.

Love love love, fast delivery great job. So good I have ordered extra for Xmas gifts 🎁
