Poor Management response.
Came across a person who didn't seem to know what they were talking about. So I asked if the response was from AI. The reply came back that this was "very rude" and that the company would therefore not deal with me....
This prompted a letter to the Managing Director pointing out this absurd response and that I would still like to go ahead with my order. I assumed that the company would be very apologetic but never even got a reply. That is an indication of VERY poor management. Goodness knows what would happen if I actually had a problem with an order. I went elsewhere and got proper courteous and efficient service.
