I would wholeheartedly recommend Stovesonly to anyone considering buying a stove. I was fortunate enough to purchase an attractive-priced Esse Beakeheart stove. However, as I needed to export it from the UK and import it into the EU, I encountered some difficulties with customs, who required additional documentation. Thanks to the excellent customer service at Stovesonline, especially Susi Nightingale, I was able to obtain all the requested paperwork and certificates quickly, which helped me speed up the import procedure significantly. I would give them 10 out of 10.

I bought 2 stoves over 2 years one a wood pellet stove and recently an ESSE Bakeheart wood burning stove. On both occasions, I cannot fault the friendly and helpful service I was given. Their aftersales service is also good with timely resolution of small issues.

I don’t usually write a review but in this case it is well deserved . We had a problem with a stove, doesn’t matter which make, but was quickly resolved by Stoves Online. Stoves Online arranged for two visits by a stove engineer which, unfortunately failed to resolve the issue and were instrumental in making extra sure we were treated well in that they have organised a replacement stove to our satisfaction. I cannot praise Stoves Online enough, Shirley, and would have no hesitation in buying from them again. It was so pleasant to be treated as a customer should be treated. Thank you Stoves Online .

Fabulous from start to finish. Shirley was so friendly and helpful in assisting the purchase. Price could not be bettered anywhere, service and delivery was spot on and we love our Dik Guerts stove. They also contacted the supplier for a missing grub screw which was obtained rapidly.

Returned for a new flue after an over vigorous chimney sweep damaged my flue and have to say the service and support is remained excellent

My installer went to pick up my stove from his normal supplier and it was not available. I rang Scott at Stovesonline, he had five in stock. Ordered straight away, rang him again, stove now at local depot to me and was on my drive the next day. First Class service.

I had an awkward installation and asked some stupid questions, but Ben was informative and responsive. Great Company to deal with.

Jamie just a quick note to thanks so much for sorting out my boiler. Seven years after purchasing it you are still helping me out. Especially as the last issue was a user error.

Quite simply you make owning a pellet boiler easy, in fact easier that the old oil system the pellet boiler replaced.

Found the stove I wanted and this company was the best price. Emailed to confirm availability and was pleased they had several in stock. Ordering via website couldn’t have been easier. Delivery was very fast. The stove was received in perfect condition and excellently packaged.
