From the initial meeting with Mica through to receiving their estimate, the process was professional, well organised and extremely detailed. The level of thought that had clearly gone into their proposal gave us confidence in their structured approach and project management systems.

Although we ultimately decided to proceed in a different direction due to our own circumstances and preferred level of involvement, we genuinely appreciated the time, care and transparency shown throughout.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a comprehensive, fully managed building service.

We love our new extension. It is great that Stotto can handle design as well, we didn't use this as I'd already had it done before we decided to use them, but it means they understand design as well as just building.
I am impressed with how nice our team , and the other trades that came in were. Our team felt like part of the family. I must also say that if I had been a single woman living alone I would have felt very comfortable having them in the house. Why not 5 stars....you really can't give anyone 5 stars......

What makes Stotto such a great building company? Most important for me is the communication. It's personal, friendly, and has just the right level of information. From the technical advice right through to the project management, they create peace of mind. At no point was I concerned or stressed while they were working on my house. Then there's the professional reassurance. From the first visit I had the strong sense that here were people who knew what they were doing. The planning was done with care, as was all the work. The workmen themselves were always pleasant, cheerful, and spent time explaining progress. They knew what they were doing, took pride in their work, and did it with care. Listening is another one of their skills. Time was taken to understand just what I wanted, and to translate this into a workable design. Finally, I should also comment on the logistics. People always arrived on schedule and on time, as did materials. I was never left wondering what was going on. And of course, I'm delighted with the outcome. They created a space that I'd imagined, and it has transformed what I can do in my home. I also think that the pricing is competitive, especially given the sheer time and effort that they put in to ensuring that customers are completely satisfied. Also look at their website - this is a company with social conscience. Great people, great work, great communication. Recommendations can't come high enough.

After my husband drilled through a wire in the wall on Easter Sunday (not ideal!!) We contacted Tom at Stotto who found us an electrician (Willett Electrical Services) to come out on bank holiday Monday so we were not without electricity for too long! Very prompt service would recommend!

I am rating Stotto on their performance during the quote stage of an extension we planned but didn’t build in the end. Their communication was great, they made an initial visit where they spent a lot of time understanding the project and our key requirements. Following this, they kept in regular contact to seek clarification where necessary and to let us know the progress of the quotation. Following receipt of the quote, Tom was more than willing to address any concerns and make amendments as necessary. Our decision not to go ahead with the project had nothing to do with Stotto and I would strongly recommend them.

Stotto completed an extension with a brand new kitchen. With a young family, it was a stressful process but Damian and the Stotto team went out of their way to reassure us and get the project complete. Thanks to them we have a beautiful space for our growing family.

Really great bunch of people from the first visit with Tom through to the team that built our extension and finished it. Damian was always on hand to help and make sure everyone had anything.

The comments we get from friends and family when they visit are second to none I highly recommend Stotto you won’t go wrong having them deal with your project.

The Stotto Team are always there to help us with what ever sized project we have. It could be a simple renovation with a kitchen from Howdens all the way through to a complete extension and overhaul. They are well worth a try and will always go out of their way to solve a problem and get the job done.
