And its 2 weeks later. No reply still.
Tested its AI serviceability once again and its LLM is HIGHLY questionable.
Avoid this product EVERYONE.
A shit experience.
I recently subscribed to Storyflow.so after seeing their promotional material, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
First, the tool itself falls far short of what is advertised. The AI features do not provide any real value over free standard AI tools, and the interface is counterintuitive and frustrating to use.
More importantly, their customer support is effectively non-existent. They advertise a "direct line to customer support," but:
Support email addresses bounce or receive no response.
Community support links (like their Discord invite) are completely broken and expired.
There is no functional way to contact them to request a refund, despite their advertised money-back guarantee.
It is impossible to utilize their money-back policy when all communication channels are dead ends. I have had to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.
I strongly recommend avoiding this platform until they fix their support infrastructure and deliver on what they advertise.
