Story blocks has always been great all around. Content and customer service.

Despite the pricing page is confusing (it says amount per month in bold but "billed annualy" in fine print) the support was able to switch me to monthly plan (with higher price of course) and succesfully returned the money. So I got what I wanted and I like this experience. Because it seems that this company cares about their clients.

Franco and Tifara both assisted me in renewing my subscription at Storyblocks after the website had refused.

They have always been great. The stock footage is good and the customer service is solid and responsive. I recommend highly.

Storyblocks is my go-to for stock footage and music source. The customer support is fantastic. Fast replies and very helpful when I ran into issues.

Storyblocks has offered a great product for years, but I've rarely needed to reach out for customer support. I did today, and their speed, friendliness and helpfulness exceeded my most optimistic expectations. Seriously impressive, and on Black Friday, too -- a day I would have assumed they were all home, sleeping off Thanksgiving Food Coma. Thanks for being consistently excellent, Storyblocks team. Franco from customer service did an excellent job of quickly getting my issue sorted.

Customer support is very quick and helpful. I sent an email regarding my account. It was answered by Franco in less than a days time. He answered my questions and assisted with an upgrade on my account. Also, I have had Storyblocks for a couple of years and I find it is a great platform where I always find what I need for my projects. I highly recommend this company.
