Good job
Computer arrived in the expected time with good protection inside and outside the case. Just had to connect the bottom fans myself, easy thing to miss except for the glass side where you can see them. Only had one issue where it did turn itself off but I was playing battle grounds (Indie devs right) and hasn't happened since.

Lovely pc, when it arrived it was way bigger than i expected however it performs really well and on average i get around 200+ fps on high- medium settings in some games.

My experience with a Custom System
On the 15th of January I ordered a bespoke system from Stormforce with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 14 workings. I thought that was reasonable... 15 working days later I heard no word so I phoned up their customer service who were polite and straightforward. They informed me one of my parts was awaiting delivery and they'd phone me back when it arrived and a new delivery period, they did phone me back a few days later and informed me the part arrived and my order was put on priority. 25 working days (total including the aforementioned 15) later my system arrived, everything with the system was pristine, no dents, scratches, scraps, scuffs or anything broken, cable management is superb and even XMP and other settings were pre-enabled, which was great. If it wasn't for the lack of communication with the missing part and 25 working day delivery I would have given it 5 stars because everything else was sublime. I looked at many different companies who offer bespoke builds although Stormforce's catalogue for parts it's not as extensive their prices are better and the experience apart from delivery time was exceptional. The system was even double boxed with lots of foam and InstantPak inside the system it self. Highly recommend.

Questionable build quality.
The ordering process was good but the problems started once we took delivery. First issue was 2 metal plates (about 10cm x 5cm) loose within the chassis. Secondly, the bottom fan was not located correctly and the retaining clip and screw were not in place. Thirdly, the metal plates had left marks on the inside of the glass panels. We then discovered that the GPU wasn't working correctly. We reported this but support was handled via email exchanges and fault diagnosis did not pay attention to information provided nor did it follow a logical approach. Ultimately, we had no option but to return the PC for a full refund.

Great!
First time buying a gaming PC and didn’t want to build my own due to my lack of experience. Spent around £1,100 and am very pleased with the result. Runs any game on the highest settings without issues and downloads games fast even on wifi. Came pretty quickly too and was packaged well.
