Storing.com were very organised from the outset. They quoted me a price almost immediately, and showed me options for other sizes of storage unit. They advised me on which size of storage unit would suit me best. When I saw the storage unit, it was larger than I had imagined from the photos.

They asked me to list my contents, with a value against each. This was used for quoting insurance, which is extra above a value of £1,000.

They arranged collection of my belongings on my preferred date. They collected my boxes from the house and garage and loaded them carefully into my storage unit on the truck. They took great care not to damage anything. Jamie and Paul were very polite, courteous and helpful.

Very smooth experience with both pick-up and drop-off; some nine months of storage and reasonably priced. Staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

Had Jamie and his guys do a complicated job for me collecting from two different sites with two very different access issues.
I can’t praise them enough from beginning to end of booking and were amazing on the day.

Had some of my belongings stored with Storing.com from my flat in central London for a few months. Fantastic service from collection to delivery. Everything was straight forward and everyone was nice and helpful. All my items have been stored and delivered to my new address safely and with no damages. And their storing prices are great, especially compared to London-based companies.

This is the forth time in ten years in using Storing.com Each time the standard of service and value has been exceptional. No hesitation in recommending them highly.

The delivery team were super friendly and professional and so efficient, a shout out to Paul! And the office team were great with constant communication and incredibly helpful. The two gentlemen Paul and Jamil went above and beyond while packing my belongings into the container. They acted with such care for my possessions and showed how experienced and professional they were with their knowledge of the industry. They made the process such a success while putting me at ease and checking in with me to confirm my wishes. Both of the gentlemen were respectful and had a really happy disposition which made me feel so positive and enabled me to believe that all would be completed,they were a support system. A fantastic team who did not stop working to get the best results….will be recommending to family.

Great storage company. I used them for 2 years to store some belongings whilst I worked abroad. Much cheaper than any alternative in London and they came to collect my goods as part of the service. Very friendly and communicative staff whenever I asked a question or needed to add additional items to the unit.

In today’s world where everything is just too difficult, i am glad to say Storing in Bedford restored my faith in humanity!
The whole experience from the start nearly three years ago to the finish today was all i can say was ‘excellent’, Stefen & his team actually care, and its not just words, they do.

The office and the moving team provided exceptional service throughout from the day I make enquiry to the moving day! They were super efficient and friendly, making my moving experience seamless and easy. They were very professional! I would recommend them to anyone looking to store their things with a storage company..

Rates were reasonable and transparent. Tele-staff were friendly and helpful. The removal and delivery staff were courteous, careful and on time. Definitely would use again.
