I bought the Daily Moisturiser off Amazon to try, very impressed. So decided to try the Vibrancy Serum and Exfoliating Body Wash as well, this time ordering from the website. I find both to be high quality tattoo aftercare as well. A little goes a long way with these products, and I saved money ordering the latter two as a bundle. Fast well packaged delivery. All very impressive, I don't see me moving away from these 3 products anytime soon. My skin and tattoo look and feel great!

P.S. They all smell gorgeous too - a welcome bonus...

Really impressed with the after care cream. The wash was nice as well. Purchased at Brighton Tattoo Convention. Would definitely purchase again.

Order not received and yet asked for a review. Items should have arrived 4 days ago yet still not tracking info from Royal Mail nor any response from stories and ink.

Ordered on 13/02/26 and delivery supposed to be with Royal mail, although there is no tracking

Delivery is very fast and the aftercream works great for itching

Bought the AM/PM set for a new tattoo love the Moisturiser & Vibrancy Serum, not certain about the body wash (still early days).

Left my tattoos looking great, even my old ones from 20 years ago. Will be buying from them again.

I ordered products a few days before getting my furst tattoo, and they arrived exzctly as promised. I used the products as per the easy to understand guidance and they worked brilliantly.

Got my first tattoo earlier this winter and honestly didn’t expect the itch to be that bad. The skin felt tight, dry and constantly irritating.

I was first recommended something from the pharmacy, but for me it just sat on top of the skin and made everything feel greasy without really helping.

A friend suggested trying The Aftercare Duo. I didn’t expect much, but it actually made a noticeable difference for me. The itch calmed down fairly quickly, my skin felt less stressed and the flaky winter dryness improved over the next days.

Obviously skin is different for everyone, but this worked better for me than what I had tried before.

Bought the tattoo aftercare duo and quite frankly I couldn’t have done without it!

Got some bits for Christmas, love the products. The after care is great but also use it all as general skin care day to day too. Smells fantastic.

Picked up the AM/PM set, had some questions after I'd ordered, and the team were super helpful. love the Vibrancy Serum, left my tattoos looking great. Will be buying from them again.

I've been following these guys for a while, I was first made aware from an artist I admired promoting their products, I was booked in to get a tattoo so thought I would try their aftercare cream / foamy cleaner and the way this tattoo has healed has made me a lifelong buyer, thank you Stories and Ink

Reordered as 1st order was good but not yet recieved products and update just says unfulfilled on site. Messaged a couple of times but no response. Terrible customer service and now worried I may have lost my money!! Will update review if things change. Ordered on 22/12/2025 and only recieved initial order confirmation email. Will give it a day or 2 and then consult card provider to try and reclaim my money.

Absolutely rubbish .. ordered on the 3rd December still haven’t received it .. and it’s now it’s the 19th dec so emailed and they sent another out (Well I’m still waiting for some tattoo cream from my own country !!! Joke avoid and I will be finding another company and even better coco butter does the same job (believe me I have half a body done and it works just as good

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Placed an order 4.12, being told week after it’s been dispatched as not been given any update, and I was desperate for products before my tattoo session, in the end ordered different products on Amazon. It’s been two weeks now, I haven’t received my order. Paid £45, they refusing to give me a refund as order being processed by warehouse so feel like I’ve been scammed. Communication with the company is awful. Save yourself and order products from somewhere else as that’s not worth any money and what a waste of time!

Ordered a Christmas present on 5th December 2025, delivery I was told would take up to 3-4 working days. Usually, I would receive updates that the order has been dispatched, etc however, I have received nothing, and it still says the order is preparing shipment, which hasn't updated for 2 weeks. I have tried contacting the customer service several times now and have had no response! If I don't hear anything in the next day, I am going to have to escalate this to my payment provider.
