Terrible shopping experience

I ordered some shelves, with an estimated delivery of 4-8 working days. A month and a half later, with no communication after my initial confirmation email I requested a refund. The next day I finally received some tracking details. Later that week I received a package, but it only contained half of my order.

Four items ordered but only three arrived

I ordered four items, but only 3 arrived - I had to write to the help center to find out that the fourth item was actually sold out and I wouldn’t be receiving it. Super annoying as I’d been waiting a while for the things to arrive!
