My company has been using StoreYa for about 4 months now and have been loving our experience. Rachel, our campaign manager has been amazing to work with, she responds very quickly to our questions and always has a positive attitude. Their dashboard has made it easier to keep track of what is going on within our Google Ads campaigns. I have been very impressed with StoreYa thus far.

I don't normally write app reviews, but I wanted to provide a detailed review of this app as it is a large investment for many small businesses and there are a couple of things I thought it was important for other stores to be aware of.

I used Storeya's Traffic Booster for 2 months, the first month I was on the basic plan, the second month I upgraded to the standard plan.

Results:
1st Month
Paid $178AUD for basic plan. Storeya drove 152 visitors, resulting in 2 sales.

2nd Month
Paid $730AUD for standard plan. Storeya drove 462 visitors, resulting in 9 sales.

Pros:
- Quick & Easy set-up
- Responsive Email Customer Service
- Reporting Dashboard

Cons:
- Delivered about half the traffic they advertise in their marketing (Storeya advertises that the basic plan will drive 250-500 visitors and standard plan will drive 700-1,400 visitors)
- Lack of transparency around the ads they are running on your behalf as they run the campaigns in their own account.
- High-bounce rate of traffic compared to other sources.

General Comments:
I have my suspicions that some of the claims made by storeya in their marketing activities are misleading and that the majority of their reviews on trustpilot are fake. For instance I noticed that a lot of the positive reviews have all left reviews on the same businesses (storeya, Jttrader, formula swiss AG, otonaJP).

Final comment:
Buyer Beware. If you are going to use this app start with small amounts, and don't expect the incredible results they advertise.

These guys provide great support, and best of all for the first time since I launched my business, I'm seeing a positive return on ad spend from Google Ads! Thank you so much for helping me scale.

I honestly don't recommend using this. There is NO proof on what kind of traffic they are driving to your store. If you don't get sales, they find ways to blame it on you via some store audit they do. Meanwhile, I get CRAZY conversions with my Facebook ads, so it has nothing to do with my store and everything to do with horrible traffic being sent to my store. Targeting is everything. A company like them should know that, right???

It's a waste of money and honestly overpriced. Use your money on something else or with a different service instead.

This app is amazing! Makes it easy to concentrate on other business task that need to be performed. Also Thanks Emma in customer support. She’s the best! Responses are swift and very professional. StoreYa’s traffic booster is definitely the perfect app for quality traffic!

Once you finish the set up process, the ball is in their court and they are in charge of set up the campaign and optimize them, I tried other apps in this niche, no one does it, they all just optimize bids, StoreYa is in charge of EVERYTHING.Their technology is cutting edge, I talked with one of their developers, and they put so much focus on the tech side of things, its mind blowing.

What I like about StoreYa is the simplicity, performance, and cross-advertising option. Simplicity - once you do the quick set up process, the ball is in their court and they are in charge of set up the campaign and optimize it, show me another company that does it! Performance - their technology is cutting edge, I had a few talks with one of their developers, they put so much focus on the tech side of things, it's amazing. Cross advertising - they advertise us on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

I have my account manager Emma H absolutely tortured with questions, and she's been absolutely brilliant, ROAs of 9x after ONE month. I've upped my spend and will continue to do so every month.

Storeya is our PPC partner! They do the heavy lifting for you, we used to get a 2.5 ROI with them we get ~5x. Shutout to Rachel our account manager, she's been amazing, I appreciate her help so much.

Started with their Basic plan and moved up to their more advanced plans once I saw more and more sales coming.The team at Storeya plays a very important part in our growth and in our plans for the future!

Very happy with the service. They give detailed overviews via email & was very pleasantly surprised with the fast & detailed reaction after asking them a few questions via email!

Danger! IMO you should Beware this company and RUN as fast and far as you can. My campaign went in one day to "waiting for google to approve". It's been that way for a week, and I've been trying to contact them for DAYS, and get nothing but automated response saying "wait another 24 hours". The last response, even though the campaign hasn't launched yet, said, "You're getting few results. You need to increase to 50-100 mil radius". I'm a massage therapist. No one is coming outside of 5-10 miles for me. And, my google ad had 10,0000 impressions and 200 clicks in a 5 mi radius in 2 weeks. Also, THE CAMPAIGN HASN'T STARTED YET. There are no results, and nothing I can adjust. This company flat-out took my money and didn't provide service. And will now not respond to inquiries or requests for refund. I am now in the process of reporting them to my state's Attorney General for investigation of fraud. And a suit is being initiated to try to recover my money. Save your money, and deal with google or another reputable company.

ADDED:
15 minutes after posting this review, my account was cancelled and a refund issued. I am still attempting to communicate with an actual person there to explain the circumstances.

I get so many offers from different marketing companies that I was skeptical at first that this company and their traffic booster app can really help me.
After reading some reviews and case studies I decided to give it a try.
I purchased the Basic plan and saw a few sales, which was a great surprise. This was one year ago!These guys are the real deal, they are professional and get the job done!!

They should teach other companies how to provide support, these guys are awesome! I’m using 3 of their apps, the traffic booster, Facebook shop and the coupon pop.They help me collect leads, and gain more sales.

First month started great, then as soon as I changed a few keywords that were more suitable to my business and the top words from google keywords it went dead. Their weekly report is based on overall sales since you opened the account not each week, the advertising was quite weak as well. The same sort of budget you will get a lot more for your money if you do a bit of research into online advertising and do it your self. There are loads of cheap courses that can help. This is just my opinion based on my use with StoreYa, they do say to leave it for a couple of months but when your on a budget it feels like your just wasting money when nothing is actually happening. We've gained more sales through our own advertising and the power of social media.

Didn't get a single sale from their marketing campaigns, I have better results doing marketing by myself. What a waste of money.
