TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered a BBQ and cover over 5 weeks ago. The BBQ was very expensive which is why I purchased a cover as well. The cover has still not arrived. When emailing all I get is reply's telling me they cant find the stock in the warehouse and they are hoping to locate it and get it to me in the next 24 hrs.
You only have to look at the reviews for their old web name stores-direct.co.uk - says it all
