We recently joined StoreFeeder to grow our business. StoreFeeder has saved our fulfilment team hours of a time by automating our order fulfilment process.
A great feature is that StoreFeeder controls and feeds our inventory to all our marketplaces of selling, so we will never have any issues of overselling.

It’s taken a little while but finally using this, not the fault of the support staff but more on our end trying to migrate over….
One special mention to the support team is to Kane Landa, no matter how what the issue or problem we threw at him he had a solution for everything we needed or a work around. He is extremely thorough and made this migration easy.
Even though we have passed from integration to support team Kane still keeps in contact to see how things are.
The platform is extremely useful making everyday tasks a doddle and the support staff are quick to reply and follow up any issues.
The greatest part is you can make improvement recommendations and if its good they will add it on

We have used Storefeeder for a few years now - the system is fantastic!
We have the ability to integrate couriers, manage our stock and edit channel listings, as well as a multitude of other functions.
The customer service is amazing! Once an issue is reported we will receive a response in no longer than 15 minutes.
Nothing is ever too much to ask!

I Have been using Store-feeder for the last 3 years and prior to that I tried 3 different Software's , Finally I stayed with Store-feeder because its giving me the One Stop Solutions for All My business requirements.
I am probably one of many who use entire Store-feeder Features Ex: Stock control, Order Management, Courier Integration, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Listing Management, Accounts Integration, Purchase Order Creation, Delivery Solution's through App etc...
Easy to understand and access for all Features....
The staff are great and very helpful, nothing is ever a problem and they are there whenever you need them. You have a dedicated, specialized member of staff for each stage of the set up process from start to finish.
Recently I had a issue with Stock Sync and Submitted Query as "urgent" at 11.00pm and I got reply with in 10 minutes. excellent customer service!
I would recommend anyone who has medium and larger scale business to use Storefeeder.

I have been using StoreFeeder for many years now, integrating with eBay, Amazon and Shopify stores both B2C and B2B. Onboarding was a long time ago now, but I remember it being pretty painless and quite logical. Selling clothing online is probably the most difficult product to manage with both size and colour variations, but StoreFeeder handles it very well. I like the "onion skin" layered approach of the database when integrating with other marketplaces on your core inventory.
Exporting data with custom fields in exceptional, and as I use Royal Mail mainly for all shipping, the direct integration with RMDMO saves a lot of time.
Customer support is in the UK and most importantly not rushed!
I would highly recommend StoreFeeder, it certainly fits all my needs.

Only a few weeks in, but it's a powerful platform and the support has been good. The online support documentation needs a bit of TLC, some of the info is outdated, but we've been able to set up within a couple of weeks with some pretty advanced automation that is already having a big effect on our warehouse set-up and order processing and there's still lots of features we are yet to install.
The front end UI could be improved graphically and made a little slicker, but at the end of the day, the software works and is solid, which you cannot say about all of the slick looking apps out there.
I'm pleased to have started using SF and i hope that it supports our growth over the next few years.
I put A LOT of research in to multichannel systems and ironically SF was one of the last i came across (an SEO thing??) - the fact they are owned by royal mail and have direct integration to their platform gives me confidence in their abilities and stability.
They gave Great Help and support from start to finish. The tools that store feeder provide are a great asset to our business, and we look forward to working with them for a lengthy period.

We started working with Storefeeder at the start of the year and after shopping around for system that would work for us we settled on Storefeeder. It has been one of the best decisions we have made as a company and will seriously help take our business forward. The on-boarding took a while to complete, mainly down to us having a very manual way of working in the first place, Kane and the team have been super helpful and we overcame all the issues we had.
Storefeeder is now fully up and running and we could not be happier. Word of advise to any new starters: Put the time in! The more effort you put in the better the end result will be!

Have been using storefeeder for over the last 4 years with our e-commerce businesses. We looked at several other companies but we found SF to be the most user friendly GUI and helped with both listing to different marketplaces but also stock control. We have recently made the move to a fully bar coded warehouse and find that the SF warehouse app extremely useful.

I came to know about Storefeeder after strenuous searching on the net and was slightly concerned as i could not find a solution that was right for our company but quickly i realised that i had come to the right place. Kane and Jack patiently helped with the onboarding and very helpful. They have a UK based team and help is at hand when most needed. I have been with them for some time and i believe this is one of the better systems. We making picking errors and where introduced to the PDA functionality and this has eliminated the errors which is great. They are constantly improving. All round well done.

They provide great support when you are first onboarding onto the system, and ongoing support as you get to grips with it. No matter how many questions I asked, they were always really friendly and helpful.
Storefeeder has been a good business tool, which has helped me to grow my business. It feels like good value to money. Now that I've used it, I wouldn't be without it. I would highly recommend it to anyone starting to sell online.
