Very fast delivery within a week! The item is well packaged. I installed the battery right away and it works well! I fully charged it for the first time and unplug the power afterwards and the battery last for minimum of 4hours (not yet fully drain at this time).

I was chasing a power adapter for my Lenovo laptop which was hard to get in Australia as it was an old model. After emailing a photo of the unit to storebattery they got back to me right away with the proper adapter. The communication was great throughout the process and the product arrived quite speedily and well packaged. Great service altogether.

Battery arrived in 10 days which was a bit longer than expected. But it was rather due to local delivery company and the seller's customer service was helpful to speed up the delivery when I asked. Battery works well, identical to the original what we have in the Lenovo laptop.
