I ordered an exclusive paint splattered album. It looked NOTHING like the album advertised on their website. The album I received barely had any paint splatter at all. When I contacted Warner for a refund, they said the pic on the website is a mock up and results vary. In other words, they can literally send out any crap they want. NEVER purchase from this company!!!
Never received the product in question after months of being patient & understanding the situation. Communication was ok to be honest but I did not appreciate the back and forth and like I said initially I never ended up receiving the album in question...
Scammers. Did not label the package full of exclusive prerelease goods correctly and it was sent back automatically. I cannot get in touch with anybody and they refuse reshipment.
First, my vinyl order arrived after a one-month delay. When I finally received it, the item had a damaged corner. I wrote to customer service twice and never got a response. Truly terrible service—I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
