When i done the tour they allow you to…

When i done the tour they allow you to choose a special model, me being me, choose a model i saw, then realised another one would be better for my army, so i asked about it and said could i buy it, but due to policy i couldn't, so i just though ok my own fault then the customer service rep said did you do the tour so i said yes and he then said, well if you give me the model you got earlier i will exchange it for you for the other one, so i did, i thought that was great customer service.

Amazing as always

My orders have always been sent out super quick with no damage and no delays at all. Their customer service is always very helpful answering questions fast and with very good knowledge. 5* service as always and will keep buying from them
