Ordered $100 worth of gifts Dec. 1, a week ahead of their deadline for receipt by Christmas. They took payment immediately. Have heard nothing since then - no delivery, no shipping notification, no response to our inquiry. It's now Dec. 21 and we have no gift for a beloved grandchild.

Ordered December 10th. Few days later they say the order is shipped and give a random tracking number and don't even care to link where I'm supposed to use that number (tried UPS and such and nothing worked)
I had to contact them to get info on the tracking and only then they sent me an actual link to track it. It was said the package would arrive around December 15th, and now on December 26th I'm asked to pay an additional 14€ of tax on top of the 57€ for the hoodie 🤡
And guess what, the quality isn't even that good...So yes, save yourself the trouble and only order on EMP, the TOP store is awful.

They charge you extra money if you buy in the € section
Ordered a hoodie a few years ago and it came in perfect condition.
Only recently, when I was going to preorder an item, I noticed that they charge a lot more in euros than in dollars (I converted the money and it was a lot more expensive to buy in the european section than in the normal dollar section).
I sent them a message and they said it was a problem with my bank, but I hadn't purchased anything yet, so that made no sense. When I did make an order using the dollar currency, I payed the right amount, since the payment method you use will automatically convert the money, not the over expensive conversion they charge on the european version of the website.
So if you're from Europe, be careful and order things with the price in dollars so that they don't charge you extra.
I too preordered a hoodie in October…
I too preordered a hoodie in October which was meant to be released on 4th December. I paid for the item in full and have as yet received nothing. I have sent five different emails to their customer service department and have received no reply whatsoever. It is utterly disgraceful customer service.
Awful customer service
On November 1st I preordered an item that was to be shipped/released on the 4th of December. Without telling me, they then changed the release/delivery date to the 12th of December. I contacted the customer care team, who said that it was not in their hands and there was nothing they could do.
The 16th of december my parcel was shipped, but no package ever arrived. I contacted the support team again, since the parcel did not shipped out during the 14 day interval that they mention on their website. They then said that it might 20 days to receive the parcel. When I did not receive the parcel after 20 days, I reached out again and since then they have not replied to me. It has been three weeks since they sent that email. They claim themselves that they will reply to customers within 5 days but I have not received a single reply in three weeks time.
I paid for the item, and they are not sending me the it. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
Never again
I preordered a hoodie on 01st December 2020. it took them almost TWO MONTHS to ship it. When it finally arrived this weekend I was shocked when I saw the quality. I really paid 60€ (!) for a hoodie that terribly smells like vinegar and looks and feels like it was produced for 5€. I have never seen such a poor quality. I am really disappointed about this shop and how they represent my favorite band with such BAD QUALITY. The customer service was terrible too. They never answered my questions and took very long to answer. I will not by anything from Warner music ever again. Instead I will switch to EMP or other shops.

Love this store! Shipping took a little long, but I think that is almost every store out there right now and isn't their fault whatsoever. The products are always very high quality, comfortable, and their website is super easy to navigate and find new items they've added to their store. I can not wait to place more orders with them, it's so exciting to receive my shipments and so so happy that this store does exist!

My first and second order with this store, the shipping was incredibly delayed. But I am a grown a** woman that understands ordering online, during a pandemic, no matter what time of year, will come with delays. So I suck it up and don't complain because my items did arrive and they were amazing my t-shirts , my necklace, my flag, my sticker. All of it was worth the wait. So thank you to Twenty one Pilots and the staff they employ for allowing us the opportunity to have a place to buy Twenty On Pilots merch. Will continue to purchase from you!!!
Will take your money and run - do not order!
Oh, this web store is terrible. Similar to everyone else here, I placed an order Dec 10 for a pre-release item available a couple of days later, to be shipped to my niece in the UK. As of Jan 6, it still says not shipped and no one has responded to any inquiries.
It seems as though this webstore is a scam. It's fine for me - I'll report it to my credit card company and get refunded. I feel bad for my niece and for the many kids who are fans of this band and spend their money on merchandise they'll never get. The band should really reevaluate their relationship with this store.
Items are horrible
I can't find anywhere to review items on the website... but the jumpers are nowhere near worth £35. They are really thin, not soft at all, see-through and they smell so strongly like vinegar when they arrive?? What even is this!

Same situation as everyone seems to be in here. Ordered hoodies on the 1st of November! It has been almost 2 months now: package status is 'NOT SHIPPED' and still in 'packing'. Tried to contact them through their contact form 3 times, never got a response. Not sure what to do now. (from the EU store btw)

Don’t even bother with this store. It’s ridiculously behind on shipping. I ordered a Christmas gift the second week of November because their online dates stated they were shipping orders within 5-7 business days. I expected some delays with the pandemic but given more than a month time I thought the order would make it. It’s Christmas Eve and the status is still “not yet shipped”. Customer service just says the shipping dates are their goal but not guaranteed.
