Great general product line referencing the Spyder variations. They do fall short on consistency with the Spyder line leaving you not too sure about what specific frame you’re going to have arrive. Carbon fiber motor arms on their web page don’t include the actual dimensions so you’re never sure what you’re getting for an exact replacement part. Getting a return email from Sky-Hero in the past was not and expeditious happening and took weeks. My last question I have yet to receive a response and that was before the last sale. After that most recent sale I have also been attempting to go back on to the Sky-hero site to no avail. The site has been unavailable due to maintenance for at least the past three plus weeks. I’m gathering Sky-Hero as we know it won’t be around for much longer or they’ve already ceased operations.

No response from customer service on mails/order notes.2 weeks since payment, Still waiting for shipment to be dispatched.

After response from customer service about product details, my order was placed and delivered quickly with everything included as expected. Very fast shipping. I will order from Sky-Hero again soon.

I had some questions regarding a Sky-Hero product, but the support didn't reply. Then I had some problems with a Sky-Hero product, quality-wise, but several mails were required just to get a briefly worded reply, at which I waited about two weeks! However, the answer wasn't what I'd expect from a European company that charges a fairly high price for their products. So, in conclusion: I received a product that turned out to be flawed and the Sky-Hero support turned out to be among the most unreliable I've had to deal with.

I have built almost all of Sky-Hero frames and the OB1 is by far the best I have flown and in the past week made a matching pair. The frame is rock solid and has great placement for part and accessories. The carbon is well put together. Build was fast and component held up during crashing. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Cost of shipping is ridiculously high, north america should all ship from the U.S. Warehouse. I am in Canada and had to pay 30$ USD + 26$ customs brokersge fees because the package came from Belgium.

i bought skyhero ob1 5inch fewdays ago......
but i'm disappointment frame. because too close props and frame body.
also second motor and third motor's prop touch main body frame.......
i use xnova 2206 2500kv and dal q5040 props.
do you have solution about my problem?
