Don't bother.
The product is poorly constructed with low quality capabilities, the instructions and steps to do anything are complicated, and ultimately the product failed to work at all. The customer service took too long to respond and only promised a replacement which is taking forever and will likely be just as useless as the original. Why create an underwhelming product only for the sake of frustrating your customers? They can't be making a profit, and if they are, it is achieved by distributing a throw away item manufactured by poorly compenensated workers.
