Scam
The owners are blatantly attempting to steal €600 from me. I've spent a year now trying to get it back. He answered twice to me and promised a refund but it never arrived. Hundreds of emails and unanswered calls.
This is a scam. Do not shop with them. Extremely corrupt dishonest people. I now have to bring them to court to get my refund.

Worst store
I have never in my life experience this bad customer service. Almost 2 months ago i ordered a product, when it came it was the WRONG product. I e-mailed and called COUNTLESS times and they only responded ONCE. They said “send the product back” no sorry nothing. After i sended the product back i’ve waited almost 4 weeks. NOTHING. They still don’t respond on mail, On call and still didn’t recieve my money back. €200 i’m talking about. I have proof of everything. Worst store ever.

clear site, good pricing and correct service. All of that without any problems. A lot of sellers should take an example as this is how you get repeat customers. Already advised the site to several of my fellow entousiasts.

Wrong item and bafflingly bad customer service
Baffling bad customer service. I ordered a total of two items and I didn't even recieve the right one. When asked for refund all I got was a response saying that it's not the wrong product and I'm mistaken, even though I send them images of what I had recieved compared to what I should have. After 3 emails they simply stopped responding.
P.S. A week later they have yet to answer any email regardless of what they've said in the reply here. Absolutely terrible customer service and care for customer satisfaction.
