Ordering from the UK ~ don’t do it.
Ordered from the uk. As expected delivery would take some time but when the items were returned as there was a slight error in the address the items were returned to sender and allegedly never received by the store. My daughter spent all her birthday money, over £100, has no items and no refund. The store have been less than helpful, just saying sorry not received and basically ‘not our problem’ - they made no attempt to contact their courier or check where the order may be. The ‘track my order’ says returned to the US. Will not shop here again which is gutting for my super fan daughter. Really not worth the risk if you are ordering from overseas.
