Contacted within 7 days of recieving the item so should be allowed refund with no questions asked. Item doesn't even charge and the instructions are too complex for my partner who is dyslexic. Never known products to arrive without the basic of software already installed. They're asking for proof on video. I don't have to prove anything when I'm in my rights as a customer to still change my mind. Ignoring my emails now. So will take it further via my bank.

I trusted this company because the tablets are really great, but their customer service is appalling and they literally stole money from me. I ordered a simple replacement in December 2024 for pen nibs, the payment has gone trough and never received them or had any information about my order. I forgot about it because it was not a big order, and then after 2 months they told basically "go f*** yourself", it's too late and you can't get a refund. I understand my mistake was asking for a refund too late but they didn't send any order I think, because I've never received a confirmation of dispatch or anything. Very bad service. I won't be buying again for sure.

I'm very satisfied with the customer support service, I'm using Huion tablet for years now and upgrading their tablet from time to time, this is my 4th tablet, I'd give 5 stars for their customer/after service. Good job Huion!

They did a great job! They resolved a lag between the computer and the Huion tablet. It took a couple of emails but they knew exactly what questions to ask and what information would be useful. I was going to return the tablet but now I am 100% happpy with how it functions.
Had an issue with a firmware update, contacted support, Jane was awesome and her fixed solved the problem easily.
I purchased a Kamvas 22 plus for my daughter a few years ago, who just loves it! (She started with a H610, then a Kamvas 16) I had a problem with it after a few years and Nina and the customer support team were awesome in helping to fix my problem. Would highly recommend both the products and the company!
I intially had issues with connectivity with my tablet and computer so was in contact with Pinko at the customer support team (Nov 24). After several emails back and forth, where I gave them the information they asked for, they offered me a replacement device and said all I'd have to do is send my device in. They emailed a DPD return label. (Dec 24) I sent it back via the return label, it was confirmed as received by DPD and by Huion Customer Support.
It's been FOUR months of waiting for a replacement and I'm ignored by their customer support over and over again. Now I have no tablet and I've been given many excuses that they're on holiday or that they have a huge backlog of responses which can not be true as literally there are other people on Trustpilot alone that have received many responses in the time I've been waiting and I've provided the information they've asked for.
I want them to honour the offer of a replacement device as I am no longer with a device that I could even sell as they have it in their possession, this affects my work and no one from Huion is taking responsbility PLUS it's been four months of poor communication. The tablet was a gift to me and now it's become a nightmare.
This is so so so wrong and such extremely poor customer service for someone waiting four months for a replacement that the company offered. I want to be able to recommend them but I currently can not and I will have to take this to the police if this isn't rectified as they are in possession of my property and offer no responses or help at this time.
I have no faith I will get a response even if I email and am sure I'd be waiting for a response for months based on my experience so far - They have my address in the email all they need to do is send out the replacement.
I need a resolution but I fear this will never happen.

I had a problem with my display (kamvas pro 16 2,5k) following an upgrade from Apple so I’ve emailed Huion customer service. It all went well, the explanation to fix the problem was clear and it worked which has saved my work.
The huion customer support team offered quick solutions and were very reasonable, professional and punctual, it left me with a very good impression of customer service, I am very thankful and greatful!
Huge disappointment! We bought a refurbished tablet at the end of February, and never received a signal. We contacted support, and it took multiple emails over several weeks to receive a response. We then got sent a new cable, which hasn't helped, and are waiting for our tablet to be replaced or to be refunded. Until this day (end of April), we are still waiting for a response. It's been four weeks. They are lying about their warrenty and also about the stand. They say the tablet does not contain a stand, so I bought one in addition, but the tablet actually has a stand. When I asked to send the extra stand back to be refunded, they charged half the price in shipping fees, meaning for £19.99 I would only have been refunded $8. Ridiculous. We are still waiting for Huion to make true on their promise for exchange.

Support is non-existent.. What they do provide is pretty much useless so I wouldn't call that support.
Nice affordable hardware (up to a point) but if there's something wrong with it, you're entirely on your own.
I bought a Kamvas 13 Gen 3. Looks great. Feels good.. Except, it doesn't work properly with Affinity Photo. Graphics software that they themselves even recommend on their website. I can either have right-click functionality (so for pull down menus on layers for example, which is used quite often) or pen pressure. I can't have both. I can switch between those 2 failing situations by enabling or disabling Windows Ink in the driver.
So I created a support ticket (after I finally figured out where) with clear description of what's wrong and with all the details they asked. Silence. Sent an email to an email address I found online.. Silence. Sent another email to another email address I found.. Silence..
After over 2 weeks I finally get a reply on the ticket. If I could sent a video of the issue. Kinda hard to record something not working but I gave it my best shot. Sent the video with another clear description of what's wrong. As complete as I could be. Then some daily back and forth between their support about things to try (which obviously didn't work). And now there's silence again. I'm reaching 15 days of silence and I have a feeling it's gonna be much more than that.
There's a bug in their driver. the original kamvas 13 (not gen 3) has the same issue and an older driver resolves that. This 'kinda' works on the gen 3 too if I install the old version for the original kamvas 13 but the pen is different so it doesn't work fully. It does fix the issue but adds new ones and I also explained this in the ticket.
I told them all this. They ignore it. Silence is the answer. I just want to use my Kamvas 13 Gen 3 the way it's supposed to do in software that they themselves recommend for it, but apparently that is too much to ask. I don't expect to hear from them again nor that they fix the issue.
I should've read the reviews first. I'll never buy a Huion ever again. Worst support I've ever encountered in my entire life.

In the end they eventually came through. It took them around 2 months to provide me with a new driver. Might be beta or not. I don't know yet but it works and I don't really notice any bugs so I'm satisfied with the solution. It took ages though and the most annoying thing here was the silence. "We respond in 48 business days" is actually "We respond after 2 weeks" and in the meantime there's no acknowledgement that the ticket or email even arrived in someone's mailbox. Then looong silences in between updates. So Huion, be more communicative. Even if it's just a message that you received the ticket. And an update now and then that you're still working on it but that it's very busy would really improve customer satisfaction. A simple "we did not forget you" helps more than you know.
This isn't just me btw. The word on most social networks is that Huion support simply doesn't exist, so please, fix that.

Huion put us through months of hoops and fixes, all the while we could not use the unit for what it was purchased for. It took posting here and other places online for them to finally fix the issues and offer actual remote help. It was very distressing and should not have taken so long or so much effort on our part for them to address the issues effectively. Their emailed fixes never fixed it- it was not until a human came in and addressed the issues that it was resolved and that took months. It should not take that long or that much effort on the consumer's end.

The lady who helped me spoke clearly and was friendly and patient. She gave me the tools I needed to troubleshoot and fix my issue.
I requested assistance installing a driver update that would not run correctly on a Linux system. An updated driver was provided that installed as expected on the first attempt and added much needed functionality to my H1161 tablet. I appreciate the added features; the tablet is now almost at the same level with LInux as it is with Win10.
I'm a bit puzzled why Linux has been such a low priority with Huion, I've been using a couple of these tablets with my computers for about 5 years now and they're only now becoming fully useful with Linux OS. I do really appreciate the Huion design and features after using Wacom for about 15 years before finally giving up on them. Huion is a far better product and priced far better as well; I hope that differentiation continues into the future.
Tried to update my tablet’s firmware but my computer crashed (not related to Huion happened few more times that day) and my Inspiroy H950P stopped working. I contacted Huion with low hopes. They were a bit late to reply due to high ticket rate but resolved my issue and fixed my non-working tablet! Thank you Jane
After two years of using a Huion product, I encountered a manufacturing issue. Fortunately, the Huion support team was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process. Thanks to their quick response and clear instructions, I received a replacement unit within a few weeks, only needing to cover the shipping cost.

The store was extremely receptive to my problem and did continued follow up till my unique problem was solved. My two tablets have been working great for years now 13” as well as a 24” Kamvas Pro. The products and follow up are awesome!
Everything went well. The person that helped me, Nina, was amazing. They help me with everything, and were quick to reply. The instructions were clear as day and really easy to understand. I got my pen 2 days ago, and it works perfectly fine. The only issue I had, was that there's no email to say that your help demand went through. And I was left wondering if I should send another email or wait another week. But once I got an answer it was amazing.
