Purchased a Laptop for my wife as she is just about to retire and lose her work laptop. Excellent experience, easy to use website, good prices and delivery within 2 day. My last 3 PC and Laptop purchases have all been HP because I know I'm getting good, reliable product which is well priced.
Terrible Customer Service!
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent purchase experience of an HP 14-em0015na Laptop and the subsequent handling of our service requests.
My partner recently bought the aforementioned laptop, which arrived with several manufacturer defects, as identified by the initial customer service agent. These defects included a malfunctioning speaker, a slightly misaligned touchpad, and a keyboard that was excessively clunky and loud. The first agent assured us that a return would be arranged, and we would receive an email to confirm this. However, this email never arrived.
We called customer service again, and the second agent informed us that a case had been raised for a replacement, not a refund, as we had initially requested. After correcting this error, we were told that an email with the drop-off label would arrive within 24 hours. Yet again, no email was received.
On our third call, the agent we spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending. He contradicted the previous agent’s information and stated that the email would arrive in three working days.
This entire experience has been utterly unacceptable and has significantly damaged our perception of HP’s customer service. We had planned to upgrade to the HP Envy laptop, but due to this appalling service, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Stuff goes out of stock whilst Im deciding. What appears to be available is actually a 5-10 working day wait before its in stock (then delivery time on top). John Lewis give you free 2 year guarantee whereas you have to pay this bunch.
Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the support and service I received regarding my monitor exchange. Before making any decisions, I communicated my concerns to the support team, emphasizing the importance of not being left without a monitor. Initially, I was assured that the exchange would occur simultaneously, with the new monitor being delivered as I returned the old one.
However, the process quickly turned into a nightmare. I was later instructed to return my current monitor before a replacement would be shipped. After complying, I was informed that there wasn’t enough stock to fulfill my replacement order, leaving me without a monitor for several days. This has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Then, when I contacted support again, I was told to either get a refund or wait for the stock with an estimated arrival time of July 2025, which to me sounds like a joke.
The lack of clear communication and the failure to meet promised timelines is unacceptable.
Tank printer HP help liner
I got a tank printer direct from you .there were no issues with that.
I had problems setting it up mainly due to my own lack of IT skills

Next time I got through tried to help bur be warned ended up suggesting she could put me through to Apple to help as they were the only one who could help but there would be a cost total approx £120.

Swift and efficient service from HP.
I needed a new printer and went to HP for provision. I have used HP Printers for several years. This time, I conducted all the exploration and instigation on line and the process was straightforward and efficient.
I was very pleased with the delivery time and the ease of setting up the printer, following the instructions in the provided manuals. Also, the HP system automatically updated my HP Instant Ink account so that I was recorded as needing a different set of replacement cartridges.
HP is now just a brand name. No longer is HP synonymous with good quality & service
Bought a HP Pro Tower 400 G9.
1.There has been several issues with this device, between others; night light not working, screen image (when using a digital screen) is displayed as a negative from a camera film (so it is impossible to see images), ports not connecting as should be.
2. When contacting HP customer services, I have spent hours upon hours on the phone, being asked to make several experiments and try various remedies. When HP tried remotely to fix issues, the agent deleted the Microsoft Office key, even though I had cautioned him not to do so (this is a one of key for life, that cannot be reinstalled or reused).
3. HP refuses to replace PC and/or to compensate for damages. HP wishes to again configurate the software remotely, which will delete the [new] key installed, and will again not compensate for loss!
4. In other words; when you buy an HP device, you are now paying for the brand name, and no longer getting the used to be quality & service.
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Problems with HP Smart when trying to install new printer. Tried calling 0207 660 3859 and spent 15 minutes "talking to" the AI bot. Finally Agent came on the line but claimed he could not hear me. So went to website and tried to submit a description of the problem and got message back "Service unavailable please try later"
Useless
Do not recommend. Rude customer service- belittled my problem. Laptop damaged after only 2 years

Just trying to setup my brand new…
Just trying to setup my brand new printer, but it seems to just be delivered broken.. HP never again: Social support needed more than 2 hour to respond, just to give me a phone number. Called the phone number, after 10 minutes got to an agent. Dropped out of call without any warning in the middle of our talk. Back in the line for another ?? minutes.
