Ordered a Hobart Toughcut Cutting &…

Ordered a Hobart Toughcut Cutting & Welding Outfit 770502 which shipped in a timely matter. So far my only complaint is the gas side of the hose had something in it that wasn't letting the gas through. With the gas cracked open I ran a thin piece of wire down it and it came out. I feel this should've been checked before packaging. Only time will tell if it will hold up like my last set of hoses

I BOUGHT WELDING HELMET AND LITTLE…

I BOUGHT WELDING HELMET AND LITTLE AFTER THE HELMET SHELL CRACK ON PIECES AND THIS COMPANY DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE THEY SAID IS ON 30 DAYS BUT WENT WE PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS THE WARRANTY SHOULD BE 90 DAYS BUT THIS COMPANY DO NOT WANT GET ME THE REPLACEMENT👎👎

I COULD PAY HALF AT LEAST
THE HELMET CRACK AFTER THE 3 MONTHS AND BECAUSE AT THE BOX IT 3YEARS WARRANTY
IT DO NOT SAID ONLY 1 PART OF THE HELMET IT SHOULD BE COVER THE WHOLE PIECE OR SPECIFIED

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your helmet shell. Unfortunately, it was well past both 30 and 90 days when you contacted us about the crack in your shell. Your helmet was purchased in May 2022, and you contacted us in December. There is a 2 year warranty on the auto-darkening lens, which covers manufacturer defects or issues with the lens only. Physical damage to a shell is not something that is covered by any manufacturer warranty, unless it is a manufacturer defect. We do often make exceptions within the first 30 days or so, but 7 months would be too long for us to just send a new helmet for free.

Fast shipping and Great customer service

Ordered and it was shipped within 12 to 48 hours. I even had to call customer service because something was missing and that was shipped within 48 hours also. Prices and added bonus were better when compared to other companies. I definitely recommend buying from them.

Thank you for your order and your review. I am sorry that there is an extended backorder by the manufacturer on the product you ordered. The most recent update we received from them is that we should see them the last week of February.
I also searched our email box, and we have responded to all 3 of your emails. Our customer service team sent emails to you on 1/27, 1/31, and 2/6 with status updates and apologies on the extended backorder from Hobart. You should have those responses in your inbox or junk/spam folder. We always do our best to respond to all emails within 1 business day, and I am sorry if something has caused those responses to not reach you.

Professional, easy, cheap, and nearly perfect except for...

I've changed my review from a 2 to 4 stars because of miscommunication. After a week from ordering I thought I never got a confirmation email but Cyberweld quickly responded via the original review and told me to check my spam folder and there it was. A very professional and helpful response.
I purchased a Smith Little Torch with a few accessories and saved nearly $50 buying at Cyberweld than jewelry companies for the same product, which is phenomenal. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the shipping. The shipping itself only took a few days which is great, but my order was in the warehouse for a full week before being shipped out which is a little ridiculous in my opinion (ordered 1/31/23 and shipped out on 2/07/23). Aside from that, great

Fast shipping

Items were ordered friday evening and delivered monday morning to oklahoma. Very fast shipping even for a weekend. And items were priced great. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
