I ordered two very common items
I ordered two very common items, tungsten and a torch end cap. Both said in stock. After two weeks no shipping confirmation email I had to call in to be told both items were out of stock with no eta. Your sales team couldn’t even recommend a similar item all they offered was a “sorry”. I ended up cancelling after waiting 3 weeks. I couldn’t go that long without tungsten “sorry”.

Regulator leaks
The regulator has a small leak on the high pressure side. I have bubble tested it and its shows nothing. But when I have used it several times now the pressure slowly drains down and it shows up on the gage. Very dissapointing.

I bought a mig welder from cyber…
I bought a mig welder from cyber weld.com it is a Lincoln 211 power mig. They had contacted me to verify the purchase before charging my card and sending out the machine. In todays world of cyber crime that is a comforting step of security. I am planning on purchasing a plasma cutter next.

So I should give you a great review for just doing your job? No you get an expected rating. You did just what you're paid to do and nothing more. If you want a blue ribbon then earn that not just the bare minimum.
