While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Backed both their Kickstarters, product delivered and as expected.
Like hundreds of other backers, I paid in excess of $700 for parts and directions for a high quality 3D printer. I eventually received packages of parts that I can only assume they thought would make a functioning 3D printer. They eventually provided a short set of directions for making something that looks like a 3D printer frame but in the end, the frame is far to rickety to support anything for printing, and no follow up was provided for how to actually add the functioning parts to the frame or make this thing work in the least. Requests from customers for what was originally promised were met with legal threats. This truly is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
As a Kickstarter backer I can tell you with confidence that this company has no interest in it's customers (or Kickstarter backers).
It has so far failed to deliver what was promised (and paid for), and for those parts that were sent, they were substandard (something they said they would not do), some electronics were poorly/incorrectly wired, some equipment/upgrades were not included, and to top it off, we still do not have final build/setup instructions.
Messages to their "support" group, either go unanswered, or you receive a flippant response indicating that regardless of what you the client says, what they sent was correct, and is all we're going to get.
These guys said they wanted to start a grass-roots community around their product, but all they did was plow the ground and stuck their heads in the dirt.
In the fine tradition of a company with nothing to offer...they'll resort to legal threats before making apologies or even attempting to make amends.
They have nothing to offer you but headaches...spend your money elsewhere at a company that values it's customer base not one that despises it.
I am one of many Kickstarter backers dereadfully unhappy with the service all in after my original pledge of $399 I had to pay an additional $199 and then another $189 for shipping. Even then I did not get all the parts I was promised not to mention counterfeit parts and over 18months till I actually had something. Not to mention they are now selling off 'over stock' when many backers are still missing parts! Never buy anything from Cobblebot
Missing parts and what does the company do? They run from all responsibility and refuses to send the parts. But they offer you that you can buy them from them!
