My credit card was compromised and I wanted to change my credit card information for my Apple Subscriptions. Unfortunately I had no idea what my password was. This was apparently the worst thing that could happen to an Apple customer. After numerous attempts, and numerous phone calls with customer service and even a Supervisor I am still unable to update my payment information. Finally after a week I’ve cancelled my subscriptions…. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Rude. Dismissive. I would hate to say it’s because of the color of my skin but i’m the only black/African American in here right now, byt that’s the feeling I’m getting. The reps are always huddled together like they’re helping a customer.
Signed up for monthly basic. Nebula upgraded me without asking and billed more
I reached out to Nebula support expecting guidance, but instead of a clear answer, my account was charged an extra $39 marked as a “review fee.” Paying just to get a response feels dishonest.
I checked out thinking it was a basic monthly. Mid-cycle, Nebula 'optimized' me to a higher tier without consent. External billing, higher price, zero added value
Clicked what looked like a one-time purchase, but nebula slipped a subscription I didn't agree to. No transparency.
I got an error message saying 'payment failed' so I tried again. Both attempts wen through, and I was billed twice. Nebula claimed the first was a 'pending authorization' and refused to reverse it
Tried to purchase a single reading, the app froze, and I had to restart my phone. Later, I saw Nebula had processed the payment. I emailed them to ask for the reading or a refund, but they sent a vague response and another fee appeared on my statement
Started with a monthly plan but Nebula Astrology app upgraded me to a higher tier. Emailing them inly got me a bill for the account change
I loaded nebula to try its free retrograde alerts, but after a few taps, it auto-billed my wallet for alerts that never arrived - just constant loading fails.
The Nebula app decided to take money from me unannounced, no opt-in or receipt, just a surprise hit on my finances
So, I tried nebula for daily insights, but it withdrew funds straight from my linked account without permission, leaving me baffled and broke. Emailed team support and get one more 50 dollars "service fee". Feels like a trap door for your wallet
I downloaded Nebula from the App Store for astrological travel calendars to plan my trips better. But it redirects payments to their external website, violating AS policies on in app purchases. After paying, the app stayed completely empty, with no calendars or insights unlocked. Unauthorized charges kept hitting my account despite no services provided. When I contacted support via the site to complain, they added a 50$ deduction without resolving anything. This app exploits users
I saw an ad for Nebula in yoga journal promising astrological beauty calendars for my routine. However, the app diverts payments to their website, breaching app store rules in secure in-app transactions. I paid for personalized tips, but the app remained empty, with no features unlocked. Unauthorized charges started deducting from my acc, despite receiving no value. This fraudulent tactic must be stopped
I downloaded Nebula Horoscope & Astrology from the store since I thought their lunar calendar sounded fascinating and it was free. They began charging $7.99 per week three days later. The app crashes every time I try to use it, and the calendar only has cheesy advice like chill during full moon. There is no way to cancel because the settings are confusing. My email to support team went unanswered after nine days, and in-app chat is unresponsive. There are still unresolved app store complaints. I've had enough of this money trap
I ordered a product from Apple’s official website, store.apple.com. It clearly stated “next-day delivery,” but it’s been three days and still no product — and worse, no clear information whatsoever. Customer support is an absolute disaster! They have no idea where my order is, and they only repeat scripted, useless responses.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s zero accountability and no real solution offered for the delay. For a company like Apple, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected professionalism, not chaos and indifference.
I truly regret not checking the Trustpilot reviews beforehand. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from ordering via store.apple.com! Save your money, time, and nerves. This has been a total nightmare and a huge disappointment.
The website does not provide accurate information.
I made an appointment to fix an Ipad and the place I chose, close to my home, could not take care of my issue. Why on earth you would make such a silly mistake? If you know what is it that I need, why would you suggest a place that can't help me?
Very poor after sales service. Booking support online does not work. Nobody answers the telephone helpline and nobody replies to emails.
If you ever do get through to someone, they invariably give incorrect advice, in my experience
