Fraudulent. This company was dissolved but the website is active and takes payment for orders. No reply to any contact, email, phone. When challenged raised a UPS delivery order as delay tatic which was never dispatched. AVOID.
One of the MOST fiddley pieces of kit to put together! The top hanging bracket goes up easily. Hanging the vertical pieces - no problem either.
Then, getting the mesh shelves onto the brackets - almost impossible!!! - I mean, I still haven't actually managed it!! Both my wife and I have tried every method possible and have had absolutely no luck.
Its incredibly frustrating to stumble at this last seemingly simple step!
I'm so glad I came across this site - The unit is beyond what I had envisioned. My small issue was resolved quickly and I just can't fault this company.
