I have used storage king numerous times over the years. I have always found staff to be very helpful and sheds spotless.
It was an extra special bonus to be able to use their truck to move our furniture. Saved us so much time and money.

Lisa was absolutely amazing, her customer service is what others should strive for. The office area was clean and tidy. Ease of access for myself and the delivery truck drivers, sufficient space. Overall a fantastic experience.

I highly recommend Storage King Woodville! From my very first enquiry, Assistant Manager Lachlan was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire process simple and completely stress-free.
Outstanding customer service is becoming rare, but the team at Storage King Woodville genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made a difficult time so much easier.
I’d also like to give a little mention to the removal company recommended by Storage King. The ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful—friendly, honest, supportive, and always happy to help. Their advice gave me confidence to make the right decisions, and I truly appreciated their care and professionalism.
Thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been a very stressful experience such a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storage King Woodville to anyone looking for secure storage and exceptional customer service.
