Jasmine in Customer Support and Steve the Manager took great care of me and made the process so easy to complete. They were both so friendly and professional, especially in guiding me through what size unit I might need and the rental process. Great support with a smile!!

A Pleasurable Experience

I’ve had my furniture stored with Storage King, Yarraville for 4 years and have only good things to say about the whole experience. When it came time to exit the unit I was renting it was made so much easier with helpful, cooperate staff. I’m very grateful and thanks to all.

I love Storage King. The process organising a unit was seamless. Great communication/emails from the staff who have the best bedside manner. Straight forward and sensible. My only suggestion (and this has very little to do with the service but does leave an impression when using the facility) is to clean the stainless steel lifts. Lots of residue from left over posters and stickers have made it look unsightly and without sounding like someone who finds something to complain about it disappoints me a little every time I go there. However the actual units and service is faultless.

These guys are amazing I used them previously when I moved from Sydney to Melbourne.
Yaraville were helpful and made getting storage for my move out of my apartment of 11 years hassle free.

There should be staff to help us load and unload. There should be people there at night. I know that wages are expensive but what happened to customer service????

Stern enforcement by Sarah of a rule i had broken then 10 mins later interaction with the usual smile and friendliness.

Dealing with the female representatives of Storage King is an absolute pleasure and they are exceptional with knowledge and helpfulness. The gentlemen who I spoke to on my first visit was intrusive and didnt seem to listen to my questions in the first instance. The premises is clean, accessible and feels safe. We went to visit four storage facilities - the courtesy van was what sealed it for us.

It is such a pleasure to come across a company that has facilitated my storage needs with so much ease. The website, customer service, communication, competitive rates and the facility itself (which is so clean) are exceptional. Special extra of a big van on loan for the move-in day was a big help. I’ve been given guidance and advice every step from booking to loading.

I had an issue with my locks and the team went absolutely beyond their scope to help me free my belongings from the dodgy lock.

Highly recommend. Great value for money and clear, concise instructions
