The storage shed was clean
The storage shed was clean, the surrounding area is kept tidy also. Entry in and out works very well also. The office staff have been very helpful.

The facility is very clean and secure. The staff were very helpful, but we were disappointed that we were allocated a space that was still occupied, and then charged for it for the one day we couldn't use it. We find it difficult to time things so staff are in the office, the office aways seems to be closed when we go.

I booked a month storage At The Nagle…
I booked a month storage At The Nagle street site and when I arrived on site I was able to enter via PIN code emailed to me only to find my allocation site had a lock on it. After many phone calls and a wait of of over an hour a gentleman arrived and took the lock off and told me of the error in this situation. I have not heard from management to explain the issue. As I traveled from Canberra with a large truck to unload this inconvenience was really disappointing.
