Staff Helpful…
The staff were very helpful and patient while we organised the transfer of files to them. Tim helped us with the equipment at his disposal that made the files easy to transfer into our compartment

I was initially assigned to a unit that later proved unsuitable!
However when I went to the Storage facility, at Lane Cove, and met Tim - The Manager, he went out of his way to take me to view other one's to choose from that were more suitable, & one that was larger for the same price!
So, I felt that he corrected the error, and offered me a larger space, that I actually needed!
So, I have been pleased with that result!

Great place to store your valuables.
The facility is designed for convenience. It's easy for movers to back up their trucks drop off and pick up loads. But the best bit is their staff, so patient, understanding and accommodating. We were in a rush as we had to move a lot of out belongings in for temporary storage, while we look for a new place to live.
