I have stored with SK Fyshwick East before I moved and again 3 years later when I have moved out. They are always exceptional and go above and beyond to help. I found the prices to be really fair considering the customer service you can count on, the storage lockers are super clean and secure. The location itself is clean and secure. I literally just store and forget until I need to collect it. And when I do - everything is just as I left it. For what they charge, this is EXCELLENT value for money!

Having not used a storage facility before I was very pleased to have the clear explanation of Braden Egart who was the Storage Consultant I spoke with.
He clarified : the amount of storage we required and
outlined the range of storage options. Including :
Duration of leasing
Costs and billing arrangements
Insurance options
Ease of access
Security.
He was patient in clarifying any additional points. The moving day went very smoothly including our change of mind to use a different height storage space.
My thanks to Braden for his ongoing clear responses to any queries.

Excellent customer service by Sandi who helped me with storage facility options, advice with moving into my selected storage unit and with the application and contract process.
I was very grateful for his kind and patient nature with the rather long and involved online contract process.
On the day that I moved my belongings into the unit, Braydon was working and was very helpful and supportive with removing the temporary lock, double checking entry code and answering facility protocol questions.
Storage King Fyshwick East is a great storage facility with a super professional and friendly team.
