Staff at Storage King are very helpful
Staff at Storage King are very helpful. They explained things clearly. It made us easier as we are the first time storage user. They can recommend a removal service and a van for a limited use free of charge. I love the promotion if there is. 😍

Roy in the office stayed back after closing time to sort out a new unit for me. It meant we didn’t have to wait until the following Monday to use it, which made a massive difference for us. Extremely helpful.

I've never used a storage service before and went to the Burwood branch. Everything was easy, wish I'd made use of this service sooner. Bianca explained everything well and the process was seamless. This particular branch of Storage King is massive.

A Great Experience
We have never used a storage facility before but our experience has been nothing but positive with Storage King Burwood.
It's a huge facility, with spaces of all sizes to suit your needs. We are using the equivalent of a double garage.
We are able to access our storage area at any time, including weekends, with our own key code.
We found that the cardboard boxes sold are essential for packing & inexpensive in packs of 10.
There are trolleys available to move goods to & fro.
Staff are extremely friendly & helpful & we are super happy !
