Unprofessional
Firstly, got a completely different storage from what they showed me from the day before which was much bigger. Secondly, when I went to the storage they didn't even take the lock off from my storage and made me wait there for more than 2hrs until someone came in to unlock when I hired someone to help me move.

Kellie was a pleasure to deal with. She explained everything clearly and simply. The whole process was much easier than I expected. Access was easy too. The bonus was to be able to book the use of their van. Thankyou!
