Easy process, friendly staff.

Range of storage units is impressive.
Process to rent a unit was easy and security is paramount. Range of packing products is excellent also.

Every time I have had contact with the staff at Airport West I have found them to be the extremely helpful.
They have made my experience a pleasurable one.
Always a kind word and always willing to help.

We came from Europe and were about to tour Australia and New Zealand.
Unfortunately, our suitcases did not arrive on time, so we had to rent a locker.

Staff were lovely and accommodating and made the sign up process very easy. The units are reasonably priced and they have a good variety of sizes with easy access. As a business owner who frequents the site regularly for change over of stock, I wish there was more parking. That said, I have only had to wait a couple of times. Overall, I'm happy I chose Airport west Storage king.

From my first enquiry I found Kylie to be very helpful and made the process very easy. I was moving house so I had a lot of stressful things happening and she was a pleasure to deal with. We got the exact space we needed and at a great price. Very happy customer.

After buying & selling homes we needed temporary storage and were pleasantly surprised how practical and secure these facilities are. The worse experience of the year, the most irresponsible people I have ever met, I don't whant start to write all that I have been through with them because it would take hours of my time, am I am really upset, I just want adivise the potential next victim, tose people are not worth your money, explore all your options before try them.
One star is to much. They haven't tried to help me at all, they was iven disrespectful.

My truck had to wait 4 hours to get access to the driveway as another truck was unloading and initially told us he would only be 40 minutes we arrived at 12.30 and didn't get access till after 4.30. I was paying 180$ per hour to the removelist company this put stress in myself which put me out of pocket but on the removilist as they had other jobs that day which as a result of this they had to cancel the other job and I had to still pay for them sitting at your facilities waiting doing nothing for 4 hours

They have been good to me from day 1 and if you have a problem they will try and help you out.
