Our family was in a pinch and needed storage on a Sunday near Temple U. The Manager, Kevin, was courteous, kind and efficient! Great Customer Service!

Worked out really well. Glad I got a discount on first months's rent because I was so strapped for money at the time. Staff very nice and helpful.

Had questions regarding the storage unit insurance, because I have my own renters insurance and did not wish to be charged for their companies insurance to my bill. My questions were answered and the agent placed my reservation for me.

I was in an emergency and needed to move my truck was loaded like The Beverly Hillbillies had an emergency need to get to work was in a hurry and needed to on road work truck she took care of us was friendly a lot of respect for me as a human being and understood my situation without judging meI have never been more satisfied with one business thank you very much

Have used this facility before and the experience was GREAT. The manager, Kellie, is amazing and totally helpful. Her staff was wonderful as well. Now I'm bringing in my mother's stuff while she's in transition location-wise. Looking forward to working with this bunch again!!

from what I see online it looks great

Call and talk with the company, ask plenty of questions, find the nearest location to where you will be residing and I did auto payment so I would not have to worry about my payment each month.

When the moving semi truck arrived the driver had difficulty negotiating the uphill driveway because the contractor had not removed the snow and ice. In addition the alleyway was blocked with parked service vehicles which prevented the driver accessing the rental unit. This cost me an additional $350 in fees to the driver because my household items had to be carried much further increasing the time to unload the truck.
Finally, my partner mistakenly tried to unlock the unit next to ours and found that the key she had not only unlocked the unit next to ours but ours unit as well. Both lock sets were provided by the storage unit office.
I am quite disappointed in the service provided and will be taking this up with the manager at the Parklawn facility in Rockville, MD

The employees answered all my questions and we're both friendly & professional.
The facility/location seems to be clean and well cared for.
So far, so good. I am pleased with the facility & the employees.
