Pay attention!!!
If you are lucky you will get a normal product.
Ortherwide Very poor after-sale service!
When you got a problem product？
They will only tell you this “Please contact the manufacturing.”
And then you will get “Contact the seller ” feed back from the manufacturing.
This is definitely not a good attitude and very bad experience.
What i have Now is only anger and my faulty machine.
I really should check on the 1star comments st google before i bought from them.

The service was very helpful, the products arrived on time and they helped me with every question I had, politely and fast.
Will buy again from them. Good products and very good service.

I used this product religiously for over 90 days, I even went past their stupid 60 day return policy (collagen take 90 days to re-form, according to everything I've read and been told by doctors), yet after 90 days ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER.

THIS PRODUCT IS USELESS, what a colossal waste of time and money. Don't buy it.

You will notice that you can't actually review their product on their site. I don't know where they got their 'customer reviews' from on their website, but I couldn't add my review anywhere on there. Sound shady? It is.

Product is nowhere near strong enough to actually make a difference, it's all lies.

For some reason trust pilot has allowed them to remove this review as I didn't mention the shipping experience? Well obviously I ordered it easily and it turned up, or I wouldn't have been able to waste 3 months of my life using a product that doesn't work, would I ?

I could not find where to put a review on their site. Is there some secret link that I missed?

You'll notice that the other reviews on here only talk about the shipping experience. They don't even mention the product or if it worked.

The product might be safe but it doesn't work! People need to know that before buying it and wasting $1000aud on it.

They said that "some people have results straight away'. Well where are the non biased reviews that say 'but the other people get no results at all' ? I though this place was for fair reviews? This is my personal experience.

And regarding their '60 day' guarantee, well, everything you read online says that new collagen takes 90 days to form. So they don't even support their own product long enough for an average person to see the benefit. So you either have to assume it won't work if it doesn't work immediately, or lose your money because you're waiting 90 days for nothing.

90 days of using this machine every second day and absolutely nothing. Nothing on my face, nothing on my neck, nothing on my body (oh yeah, I bought both face and body versions). I find it hard to believe that if it works then I had absolutely zero results anywhere on my body after religiously using it for 90 days exactly as instructed. If I hadn't trusted in their product and wanted to wait to give it time, then apparently I would have got my money back. That's just bizarre, not supporting your own product for long enough for it to work on the average person.
