Waste of money and you can not write a review on their website. It says 'To add a review, take back your customer number available in your order email'. That doesn't even make sense. There is an on off button on the unit but there is no way to determine which is on and which is off.

The company is registered at 'VAN ORTON Ltd, 63-66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor, Suite 23, London, EC1N 8LE' but having checked it was disolved on 13th Feb 2024. I will have to resort to a chargeback from my card issuer

Have been dealing with this bunch of French incompetents since the beginning of July now here we are 31st August still no refund, told they had not received return until I sent proof of delivery, still awaiting refund. When ordered, it was from a company in London, but as it turns out I am trying to deal with French. What more can I say

Totally ineffective against seagulls which were just feet away. An expensive waste of money and the batteries lasted 6 weeks and changed them but won’t bother again as the noise annoys me more than the seagulls.

Totally waste of money, you can hear the devise working, but makes no difference to scaring seagulls away, should have listened to my gut instinct that it is to good to be true.

Information read well on their website so I ordered one. It has not worked from getting it out the box. Changed batteries and still not working. Emailed customer service using address on website - no response; tried again, no response. Waste of £70. DO NOT BUY!
