Firstly, the product does not have 12-month battery, more like two weeks. Secondly, it works, BUT only for the first few weeks. Thirdly, I sent it back for a refund, and they never refunded me, so I had to get the bank to do it for me. Fourthly, they promised to reimburse me for my P&P, and I am still waiting, having sent numerous emails nearly two months down the line. It's a cheap little product made by liars!
I have had two devices both failed to work.
Still waiting on a refund for postage after returning 1st device.
Have requested a refund for second device but I have to return at my own expense, but I hold little hope of any refund.
Do not buy this product.
Unfortunately my experience is exactly as described by others. The unit does not work in any way. The company request you complete a series of questions in illusion that they are trying to help. You respond and radio silence. There is no where on their website to post a review. A scam!
I only learnt this was a scam after placing the order. the product arrive but it does not deter flies at all. Emailed them 5 times so far, still no response, so doubt I will get a refund.

We were so excited as our place was full of flies, and did not even work! We emailed them and told us they were surprised because they have good reviews 😄 what a horrible customer service and how dare they sell things that dont even work. They have asked me to send them back and I was told, to pay for the return and then they will give me my refund I have been emailing them and trying to contact them and they will not refund me. Do not order from them!!! Scums disgusting people

Emailed the company, they replied requesting order reference number which was promptly provided. Disappointingly I have heard nothing since and 6 days have passed before writing this review.
