I am very disappointed with the quality of the Olga armchair manufactured by Stones Srl, which I purchased through Casa Nova in Thessaloniki a few years ago.
After only a couple of years of normal household use, the leather has started to peel and deteriorate significantly. The armchair has been used and maintained with care, following standard cleaning and maintenance practices. For a product of this type and price, I find this level of deterioration very disappointing and not in line with the durability one would reasonably expect from a furniture manufacturer.
I also contacted the retailer, Casa Nova, to report the issue and ask for a solution, but unfortunately I have not received any response.
I would expect a manufacturer such as Stones Srl to pay particular attention to the quality and durability of the materials used in its products. I am attaching photos showing the condition of the leather after only a few years of normal use.
I would appreciate an explanation regarding the quality and durability of the leather used for this armchair, as well as information on whether Stones Srl can offer any solution or support regarding this issue.
