The customer service agent aided me in finding additional mugs for the beautiful set I already own. They accommodated me by sending me just what I needed. I received the mugs quickly and they look great!

I received the service of 8 for Christmas, and I love the set do much, that I also purchased 8 additional small plates. The set is modern, but timeless, and I love the different styles of the bowls.

It was easy and the shipment came fast and as ordered

exactly what i ordered, tracking was a bit not so good, wasnt notified until it was delivered

After sending the pictures requested by customer service I was able to confirm the style of the chipped black dinner plate I was trying to replace for my neighbors chipped plate she served me her famous spice cake on.

We got the Gabrielle platinum and white china set and it is beautiful! We cannot wait to use it. The style is anl understated but fancy at the same time.

They look amazing. I haven’t used them as we’re moving in a few weeks and want to keep them boxed for the move but we did open the plates and they were beautiful.

Good product but wish I could have bought sets without cups.

It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received my order or an explanation.

My order was delivered in a timely manner and when 2 pieces arrived with defects they were replaced.

I was not happy with the size of the platters and bowls . I also had some marks on some them also and waiting to find out now how to return . I do tho love this set and have other pieces but not impressed with my last order with the platters and serving bowls which were extremely small !!

Love the look of the salad plates I bought! They are a great contrast to the other set of stoneware from the same company.
They were delivered right when they said they would be. Boxes were packed really well.

Stone lain helped me out a lot I love they're dishes sets and I broke one of my plates (btw they don't break easily) and they let me buy a replacement plate instead of the whole set again so that was really nice I'll definitely buy from them again in the future

It was deliver on time. I really liked the color and the quality of the plates.

Nice product. It arrived with some damage but the broken plate was quickly replaced so I have a lovely set of 12.

Only 2/3 boxes delivered. Delayed response from customer service with no resolution yet and no commitment to get back to me.
