Initially I gave this company a bad review as I didn't hit it off with the first representative and was concerned that the product might not be great mainly due to the price and the first point of contact. However, Sydney at Stone synergy contacted me and apologised and wanted to put things right. The service was brilliant, the price was massively competitive and the product and fitting was A1. I can totally recommend this company and their product and professionalism..

They were at least 30% cheaper than local companies and even though their nationwide provided excellent service and top quality product. Have no worries is highly recommended them!

Extremely happy with the worktop and the fitting process. It was booked in very efficiently. Our delay was no problem, and they were happy to reschedule the templating. After templating, the installation was promptly booked and installed exactly when they said it would be. Danny and Connor who templated and fitted it were both very nice, friendly, and experienced. They constantly checked we were happy at every stage, very helpful and gave advice on how to care for it. They both cared that they were doing a good job, which shows in the excellent work they did. We had a booked window, and they let us know when they were an hour away both times. I also liked that they did the template and the same men came back to fit it, so there were no surprises. Would happily recommend and would use them again. Thank you very much!

Danny and Connor make a great team, assisted with the tap and sink install , made it look easy but I suppose its about the preparation and template fits like a glove , we are well pleased

I totally recommend Stone Synergy. We have had worktops fitted in our kitchen and utility room. What professional friendly staff from start to finish. The admin staff were so helpful and proactive, moving things along quickly and smoothly. The fitters were excellent, they went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Their workmanship was done to such a high standard and the advice they gave was invaluable, so experienced. They were also approachable, friendly but professional. It didn’t feel like we had workmen in the house. We are super happy with the result.

Danny and Connor were really helpful throughout the templating and installation process. They did a great job with the quartz worktops. They were fast, clean and friendly, gave useful tips and advice and were a pleasure to have working in our home. Highly recommended. The support from the office was also really good, being consistently friendly, polite, responsive and helpful.

Thank you again to Danny and Connor for an excellent job fitting quartz worktop and upstands in our utility room, matching our kitchen which Danny fitted last. By far the best quality quartz, and Stone Synergy were kind in keeping the overs from our kitchen until ready for our utility room. Recommend the company highly for reliability and quality.

Very good communications from the start helping to guide choice of worktop. Once ordered, the key was the template visit by Danny and Connor to take measurements. They subsequently returned 10 days later to undertake an excellent job of installing the worktops. Highly recommended.

What made my experience so great?
- Quality product: I ordered samples from about 5 different companies and put the samples to the test; turmeric, coffee, tomato puree and scratched with sharp knives. The stone synergy samples cleaned so easily with no marks left.
- Quick comms: all my questions were answered quickly and when we were ready to book the turnaround was amazingly quick.
- Expert fitters; Danny and Connor are super friendly and really bloody good. Quote from our builder "that's the best caulking I've ever seen!"
- Price: it wasn't the cheapest quote i got but was on the lower end but the best quality from all the samples I tested.
