Shipping Charges ? e-mail goes unanswered.

I have used StomaBags several time and after the last attempt I need to lower my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Prices were still very good but the shipping charge for a 5 lb package jumps to almost $47. I sent an inquiry before finalizing the order and never recieved a response. William

Mariana Kowoll Stomabags´ Customer Service Manager , worked after hours to help me!

Finding my product was hit hard by COVID-19, but, thank God, I found stomabags where I could buy my so-needed supply, unfortunately, before they could ship my order, stomabags run out of it too! But Mariana Kowoll of Customer Service Manager, took it into her own hands to make sure I got my supply.

Not only she offered me a couple of temporary solutions, but she answered me every time I contacted her, being via; WhatsApp, phone, or email, she even answered my messages after hours!

For almost a month, she tried to get my needed product without any lack, therefore I had to accept one of the options she had offered to me, so I could partially help my clients for the time being.

Happily, the day I ask Mariana to ship that option she had offered, and she accepted to ship it, an hour later she got back to me, with news that made my whole past three months trying to get a supplier, she said…. “We got the product you, need!” "Thank God! " I happily scream," thank you, Mariana! (I joked;… I´ll ask your boss for a salary raise for you!).

Yesterday, She shipped my order and again, I am very thankful to her, for the extra effort she did to make me feel all right, while she tried hard to get my supply, that´s what I call great customer service.
Thank you Mariana!, I see now why you are the Customer service manager there, you are a pro!!!.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank the stomabags´ owners and the team there, for developing such a great supply company. Excuse this rather long message, but I had to express my appreciation for her help. You all stomabags´s personnel have a wonderful time and be safe away from the terrible covid19.

Received the wrong item

Received the wrong item and contacted Mariana via the StomaBag Chat support page. Within a few minutes she had corrected the mistake and processed the new order at the same time. It’s wonderful to see customer support like this.

Excellent! Highly recommended.

My two previous orders were delivered fast and accurately. On my most recent order an item was left out and not delivered. Mariana researched my order and resolved my problem very timely and efficiently. She was excellent in the way my problem was handled. I appreciate their professionalism, great prices and swift shipping. Great job!!

Stephany solved it

My experience started very badly. I had a previous chat with another assistant and it was, apart from confusing, very frustrating since, not being able to help me, he gave up doing it. I went online again and Stephany solved my problem. She immediately understood why I had not been able to place an order and he was very happy to help me throughout the process. I am very grateful with you.

Stephany was the person who helped me out today. I would have to say she was extremely patient and helped through the whole setting up an account, the payment process, and helped me with the shipping cost. I Have been in retail management for a long time and I would say you have a keeper with her. Take her out for lunch, give her a raise whatever it takes Good employess are hard to find.
