After seeing the reviews on here I was skeptical about stokes, but I figured I’d give it a shot. Major sale on a very nice suit that I’ve been seeing great reviews about, the vissla 7 seas comp. I saw that they didn’t do exchanges or refunds so that almost turned me away, but the sizing chart gained back my confidence. At first I had ordered the wrong suit by accident and I thought for sure I lost my money, but I emailed them 20 mins after I ordered, and not even 5 mins after sending it they got back to me. Canceled the order and refunded my money after it pending for about a week. The customer service was fantastic and better than I’ve honestly ever had with a company before. They answered all my question super fast and gave great explanations. I revived my suit today and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly and the sizing chart was very very accurate. If I ever need another suit and they have a sale I’m definitely going back to stokes.

I ordered a wetsuit for a surf trip with 3 day shipping a week and a half before a surf trip. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t shipped the wetsuit. In this day and age that’s ridiculous and despite the order saying it would arrive with time to spare, now I won’t have it for the trip.

I ordered a wetsuit from this site. I came very fast and was super simple.

bait and switch! they keep items listed on their website as "available" - then after your order is placed and wait a week- tell you "oops we dont have that" but you cant return/cancel the rest of your order. the worst customer service, acknowledged their wrong but still wont fix it. stay away! cheap as it is you wont actually get the items you wanted

Took forever to ship. Then when the product didn’t fit, they would not accept a return or exchange. Even though the product was defective in that the waist size was labeled wrong (I have several other of the same shorts by the same company in the size I ordered that all fit). I don’t know how they expect customers to mail the fit via an online shop and I was disappointed they didn’t stand by their product. Even an exchange would have been great. Instead, I’m stuck with shorts that are too small and I’m trying to sell them on eBay. Would not recommend this company.
