0 is the score I would leave for stojo’s customer service.
The product I ordered (a cup/gift) was shipped incomplete. Stojo initially responded to advise to receive a refund I would need to return the cup at my cost to America! (Clearly not worth it). They then stop responding and ignore their responsibility.
The company is not concerned by customer service, they just take your money and ignore customers.
I do not recommend stojo to anyone-beware!

Takes your money, does not ship item; unresponsive communication

Many companies don't charge your account until they ship. In contrast, Stojo charged my account for the order immediately but never shipped it. Their responses to my email inquiries about the issue took a week each time, and though they said they would rectify and ship the item, they still did not do so. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. My conclusion is that either the company is actively fraudulent or is so profoundly incompetent as to amount to the same thing. I do not recommend that anyone purchase from this companuy.

Never received order from November and no one is responding

I bought some items in late November. Two separate orders. One of the orders I requested a refund on a few days later and they responded within an hour. The second order, I didn’t follow up on till late January. I kept following up via email and phone and social media till now and still no delivery and no update/response. I have requested a refund and filed a dispute with my bank for the transaction. Hoping to atleast get my $ back. Not impressed.

Find someone else to buy goods from

I ordered goods on 14th November for a xmas present. At 14 December no sign. They said they would reship. By 22 December nothing so I asked my cc company for a recharge. In early January I received an email saying in warehouse in UK. I was actually out of the country. Upon my return I was informed by Parcel Force that I need to pay duty. As I had already asked for charge back I sent urgent email to Stojo asking them to confirm charge back. 24 hours later received an email explaining about duty and how it was the customer's responsibility. I then sent another email saying it wasn't about duty it was about the fact that they had not fulfilled order timely. I would never order from them again.

BEWARE: FAKE DISCOUNT

I’ve been wanting their stuff for a while and was excited to see a steep “discount” for Black Friday. I thought something was off with their ridiculously high shipping fee - they drop ship from China and marked up the prices exactly 50% to give a fake 50% Black Friday “discount”. I’m glad I noticed it and didn’t fall for their despicable marketing tactics.

Horrible customer care, product is a joke.

UPDATE: This original review was posted on 06/07/2023 and as of 02/26/2024 the company has apparently made an effort to have my review removed and requested for an order number. FYI to STOJO : I made this purchase from pottery barn kids as I mentioned in my email to you. I have provided my order number to you. If you had invested in making this poor experience with your product right instead of waiting a year to realize you now have a bad review due to your poor customer care and instead choose to put the time into trying to claim this is a false review to have it removed. I will be happy to post our email interaction, which took me two times to try to get a response from your company.

I purchased their 24oz. fold-able food container, used it twice and the lid claps stopped working. I went of the website and used the chat box which asked for my email and my inquiry only to tell me someone will respond in a "few minutes" Well... its been over an hour and I have followed up in the chat box a few times - yet still no answer. So now as a first time customer not only am I underwhelmed with the product but I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service. Clearly the brand has no quality control over either products or employees and I'm stuck with a useless product that's going into the trash. Highly recommend NOT buying this brands product.

EDIT: 6/20/2023 - I finally received an answer from them via email with a passive aggressive response on "how to close a container lid" It sounded like they were trying to insult me with their instructions. I truly - truly hope no one buys their product because of this. If a customer reaches out to you with a concern, its best not to talk down to them assuming they don't know how to work a food container. Your product is crap, and your customer care is worse. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for being so disrespectful to paying customers looking for help.
